Manufacturing & Quality
Controls, Verification, Release
Manufacturing is managed as a controlled system: incoming raw materials are accepted against internal specifications, production follows defined batch parameters, and batches are released only after meeting internal acceptance checks.
Production Framework
01
Raw Material Qualification & Intake Control
All incoming raw materials are sourced from approved suppliers and checked against internal specifications before being accepted into production.
02
Formulation Control & Batch Weighing
Each batch is produced using predefined formulations with controlled weighing to maintain run-to-run comparability.
03
Controlled Mixing & Homogeneity Assurance
Materials are processed under defined mixing parameters to ensure uniform distribution of components throughout the batch.
04
In-Process Verification & Physical Assessment
Blended material is verified during processing to confirm texture, flow, visual appearance, and fragrance behaviour before batch approval.
05
Batch Identification, Packaging & Release Authorization
Approved batches are coded, packed, and released only after meeting internal quality acceptance criteria.
Batch Quality & Release
Quality control is performed at the batch level. A batch is approved for dispatch only after internal checks confirm it meets handling and performance suitability expectations for bulk distribution.
- Batch identification and production date
- Formulation / batch weight verification
- Visual consistency and texture assessment
- Fragrance behaviour assessment
- Handling / flow suitability check
Release is authorised internally after acceptance checks are met. Batch-level records are maintained internally and can be shared with buyers upon request.
